First time sledding...ever...and a BIG wipe out! Oops! Zach's willing to try it again! ...Lily...not so much! What a wonderful season. White Christmas and all. It is so nice to be "home" with our families!
It is great to have you home for the holidays!! Love it! Maybe you and the kids could just stay until March?? Just kidding. Who took the family picture. That looks professional. Love ya!
I love the pictures! The sledding looked fun too, but you could tell Lily was a little suspicious about what was actually going on. Smart girl. I am glad that you guys are having such a great time!

Tara - how are you? Heidi showed me your blog. You are incredible, may I just say! You are a fantastic photographer, along with an incredible mother, designer, woman of compassion and kindness... Anyway, happy new year! You can see our family blog at mommabella.blogspot.com. Hugs, Sarah Petersen
I'm so glad you got to spend time with your family! It looks like you're having a blast with them. That family picture is so cute, you look great! Happy New Year!
Yes you can just buy them at the stores. Don't order them. It cost a little more, plus shipping. So you are much better off to go get them right from the stores
those pics are so cute...ash and ellie weren't the most excited sledders either. both of them cried all the way down the hill b/c of the wind and snow in their faces... we'll try again next time we are around the white powdery stuff. your family is adorable too.
sounds like you guys had a great time being home in kc. we sure wish that we could have seen you guys!! you guys were busy and between having a baby and then having him back in the hospital for another week we didn't exactly have a lot of free time either. hopefully next time you are here though we can get together!!
Take care!! ~Britt
ps- The bed I got Alexis was from Nebraska Furniture Mart, it is the MaMarie Collection by Young America(she has the set in distressed black), if you google Young Ameica Furniture (by I think Stanely Furniture) you can find there whole collection online, although it is MUCH less expensive if you buy it from NFM (hope that helps!!)
